    It's a good idea to record a demo and get their SteamID.

    You can get their SteamID by typing status in the console and finding his name along with the numbers on the side of it.

    You can record a demo by typing record (demo name) in console then typing stop when you have enough proof. Demos are left in your cstrike directory.
