Needs a thurough banning.

    Reason: On the server I don't currently have my VIP powers on, he's been killing and spawning dynamite on the spawn point.

    I added that minge "gordon freeman"<STEAM_0:0:8329701> to the banlist and refreshed it.

    I just added those two minges "*G*" <STEAM_0:0:5819996> and "Plowed" <STEAM_0:1:7501544> to the banlist and blah blah.
